Jonathon Sawyer, in the upcoming CHEF SCHOOL SERIES, is offering a lesson on Whole Hog butchering at this restaurant,The Greenhouse Tavern.

A Local 300# farm raised pig from Aaron Miller's Livestock will be used to demonstrate the techniques and the cuts, and the class will include a tasting of food form the event! Limited availability, I would imagine, so get signed up early!
