2010 Foodservice Chef Grape Recipe Contest

Grapes, glorious grapes! Grapes from California are back in season and ready to star in an array of culinary creations. The growers of Grapes from California are challenging foodservice chefs to create the best grape recipes ever. The top winners – three in all - will each receive cash prizes and national publicity for their winning recipe.

 

Suggested categories include starters, small plates, entrees, salads, sides and desserts but any and all culinary inspirations are welcome.

 

Prizes: $1500 (First Place); $1000 (Second Place) and $500 (Third Place).
